"What payments do I accept?"
PayPal. No Exceptions.

"Do I offer Payment Plans?"
Yes, but at a certain threshold.
In order to qualify for a payment plan,
the commission must be over $100.00 USD.

"When does a commission start?"
"Full payment must be paid upfront. Only exception is if there is a payment plan in place. Once the first payment is made of the plan, the commission will begin."

"How long does a commission take to complete?"
Commissions can take a few days to a few weeks usually (unless its a massive order), but being a disabled artist
my health
always comes first.
I will always inform my clients (whether on socials or privately) if I need a day or two to recover. All I ask is for your patience when those times happen.
If a commission is going to take longer than expected, I will communicate that.

"Are you open to trying new things?"
Of course!
I love trying new things, even if it can be a bit scary (as I want to do it right). Everything you see on my website was "a new thing" for me to try in the past; and I've learned so much.
If I cannot fulfill what you are looking for, I have a list of wonderful artist friends that I can inform you on and send right over too!
Us artists have to help each other out, right?

"What is your Refund Policy?"
You have a
3 day/72 hour
grace period.
This starts after
sending the 1st payment
to decide
if you'd want a refund.
If you decide you
want a refund within
the grace period...

70% of payment will be returned to you

30% of payment will be kept as compensation for my time
After 3 days,
no refunds
will be issued;
even if you cancel.
There are NO exceptions.
If you decide
to cancel the order after the grace period,
no refund will be issued,
the work
will be scrapped,
and will
not be continued upon
unless a new order is started.
100% of the payment made will be kept as compensation.
